Overview
The Storia V4 is specifically designed to raise the bar on MTB damper performance technology. Building off EXT's prestigious pedigree in motorsports racing, the V4 beautifully refines what was already an industry game changer. Features position sensitive rebound hydraulic top out system, frequency dependent damping, externally adjustable HBC and steel DLC coated damper shaft in a stronger yet quieter package.
Features
PSR (Position Sensitive Rebound) technology eliminates harsh top-out while improving bike platform stability.
Externally adjustable HBC (Hydraulic Bottom-out Control) starts in last 15% of stroke for progressive compression.
LOK 2.0 independent circuit valve produces support needed for ideal pedaling efficiency with custom tuning.
Allen key adjusters for both high and low compression valves (5mm and 4mm).
High turbulent flow valves eliminate risk of cavitation with damping forces independent from viscosity and temperature.
Ø14mm high strength chrome-moly steel shaft with DLC ultra-low friction surface coating for durability.
Spring thrust bearings improve straight alignment in case of spring side-load conditions.
Low pressure (55 PSI) air reservoir with large volume bladder design for maximum sensitivity.
EV2S high viscosity index fluid developed through motorsport experience.
30% lighter steel spring designed from motorsport and tested over 500,000 cycles.
Unique frequency dependent 1-way valve for best ride quality on rough terrain.
Wider and improved adjustment range with more defined sensitivity.
Stronger yet quieter package compared to V3 predecessor.
Not recommended for Yoke linkage systems - E-Storia or Vecta recommended instead.
