Overview

The Dächle Disc UL strips every gram without sacrificing performance on the way down. Slim spokes and a UL hole pattern minimize material while preventing pad glazing — the same hole pattern that keeps the HD honest on gnarly trails. Disc thickness is tuned by size (1.85mm for 140/160mm, 2.05mm for 180/203mm) to balance weight savings with adequate heat absorption at larger diameters. Vacuum-hardened stainless steel ensures durability well beyond what the weight implies.
