Overview
The D-Series Rotor is Hayes's purpose-built partner for the Dominion brake platform, developed through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to maximize braking performance and eliminate noise. Modal Resonance Cancellation (MRC) cuts FEA-optimized shapes directly into the rotor, so its modal shapes oppose those of the Semi-Met T106 and Sintered T100 pads — actively cancelling vibration and eliminating the howls that plague generic rotors. QuickBite² treatment accelerates pad break-in, reducing the time to peak performance. At 1.95mm thickness, it delivers superior heat dissipation for sustained high-speed braking.
